First off and most importantly, thank you to all ticket holders for your patience while we sought to reschedule the remaining games in the McCormack Cup tournament. Unfortunately, despite everyone’s best efforts, we were unable to reschedule these games before the start of the 2022 AIHL season.

For ticket holders who had purchased individual game tickets (i.e. not Northstars season passes or sponsorship passes) via northstars.thundertix.com, the original purchaser of the tickets will automatically be issued the value of the entire order as a credit\digital gift card to be used towards any future tickets or purchases via northstars.thundertix.com. This credit will be delivered to the email address used to purchase the original tickets within the next week. Please check your junk or spam folder if you haven’t seen this appear in your inbox. If you have not received this email by April 4^th, please email tickets@hiss.com.au
